Withdrawal keeps being reversed without cause

I have been trying to withdrawal my funds since Friday when I called the agent said he would escalate it, now everytime I withdrawal they reverse it without notifying me of what is the issue, they are very quick to accept my funds but when I want to take my winnings they do not want to pay it out, I am very frusted with this service now, I just want my money please
