Wow I regret even loading with Sunbet at this point. I never have issues with this site. Anyway normally when I cash out I receive the winnings within an hour. My mistake was I changed banking details to another bank and ever since I've been waiting I called and sent emails but still I haven't received a cent. I actually loved this site because of the fast payouts. My withdrawal is authorised now I'm told I need to wait for my bank to release the funds. My previous withdrawals shows withdrawal requested then withdrawal authorised how I know it's paid it shows withdrawal completed. I'm stuck on withdrawal authorised. Sunbet if this wasn't urgent I wasn't even going to bother complaining.
