Very unhappy customer

I'm very disappointed in sunbet, firstly I was on hold for over 10 minutes, I don't get no reply from live chat, the agent who answered the phone , started the call very unenthusiastic and didnt even sound like she wanted to help me, i did a withdrawal and its still on pending, the agent over phone didn't even want to take my account number, i just want to say that the agent who talked to me should get a other occupation because customer services is not for her, she don't want to escalate my withdrawal nor transfer me to someone else who can actually help, she refused to let me speak to her superior, basically she just did nothing, I've been with sunbet a few years now and usually my withdrawal is paid out in less than 30 Min, so this is a first for me..... Very unhappy, disappointed, mistreated, loyal customer...
