Used bonus code but the site didn't give my bonus.

I've mostly been playing on sunbet during the weekends because of the bonus. Today I put in the bonus code at 9pm. It said bonus accepted and now I didn't receive my bonus. Trying to contact them within a chat or a call and still no response. Then I add the bonus code about 4 times and it didn't give my bonus
