Unreasonable delays on withdrawals

Withdrawal from the betting page doesn't get processed within reasonable time. I tried withdrawing twice 12 hours later th transaction was still pending. I tried withdrawing to a different bank 4 hours later the transaction is still pending but the page says withdrawals should reflect in your account within an hour. I called support to enquire about this and was told withdrawals over the weekend take up to 24 hours.
