Unprofessional!!! Worst ever!!!

The most unprofessional customer service agents i have ever come across!!! I am utterly disgusted by their customer skills! Their accounts department have no idea as to what they are doing. If i deposit via instant eft to any other gaming/gambling site it reflects immediately. Sunbet takes 3 1/2 days and still nothing and i now need to go running around in circles! I sent an email to the supervisor who completely ignores my mail as i have not received a response from at all. They clearly dont know what their are doing or they systems are completely out dated. Their agents scream at you and end the chat as they please.
