Took voucher money didn't reflect on my sunbet account.

For 3 days now they have been having issues with deposits. My first R300 done throught instant eft didn't load to my sunbet account the next days juat after 10am it was there. I loaded a R300 voucher worked fine. Loaded a R1000 voucher BLUE VOUCHER didn't load to my account again. I have tried to phone i get cut off there customer service on the site is ridiculous i don't actually think anyone works on it. Cause you can wait hours and still nothing. Ive emailed no response. You can kindly give my R1000 back. I have all the proof.
