Taking money from balances without betting

I have tried to call sunbet for the whole afternoon on Saturday. Help for over an hour without any help , I then emailed and went straight to their chats. They took money from my account placed as bets when their aviator game didn't even allow me to bet. "Something went wrong" but money leaves your account. They don't answer their phones and reply emails. Their chats are forever engaged. They have zero urgency , their withdrawals can get stuck for over 3 hours. This people don't care about gamblers at all , no fair treatment. I am typing this and no one has got back to me about money and they never ever give freeplay at all , im just bored with this people.
