Taken for a fool

Placed a bet and won came time to withdraw now my account need to be verified of which I have sent fica document in June they were approved and my account was verified. I had no problem the first 2 times on making a withdrawal now I'm being given a run around. Sent my doc's Tuesday till today my account is not verified.
