Sunbets does not pay out winnings

Sunbets had a software error on the games on the 5th May and they rejected my winnings even though i took screenshots of the game in play . DO NOT PLAY ON SUNBETS THEY DO NOT PAY OUT WINNINGS. There was many people affected and they are still waiting for feedback its been a month now 5th June today
