Sunbets- Bad service, lacks management skills

The service is totally ****, I had a dep isuue with the on the 24/03 till date 27/03 issue not resolved after I sent proof of payment and 2 gollow up emails, they are totally ***********, always say th matter has been escalated- still not resolved, surely the company can do get and get skilled, competent people who can perform their jobs, looks like they lack management skills, sad for a big company been part of suninternational
