Sunbet sun international platform refusing to pay my winnings

Disgusting online platform. I have won money on various occasions but have been unable to withdraw funds. I have escalated the matter via support@sunbet on so many occasions. I have also called the call centre and used the live chat feature. This company is pathetic and you can't remove your money. It's like they get you to play and refuse to give you your winnings. I am going to close my account and never use this platform again. Pathetic agents who cut calls and close chats. So shocking that they are a part of sun international.
