Sunbet still denying my deposit

Still no assistance from Sunbet regarding my missing balance instead they're denying my R250 OTT voucher which was successfully loaded on the 13th of December. They're asking for proof if the OTT. Dah who loads an OTT successfully and still keep it or make copies of it. I'm proceeding with legal action. They don't care instead they're asking me the same questions over and over again and make me repeat myself over and over again. I think we'll settle this matter in court. It's obvious I'm not the first person they have done this to. Unfortunately for them, I'm not letting this go.
