Sunbet refusing with my money

I opened a Sunbet account and was requested to provide documents for FICA verification which I did (three weeks ago). I was then able to deposit money and place bets. I now want to withdraw my money but they are refusing. They are just sending me from pillar to post requesting additional documents which I submitted but until today I am still unable to withdraw my money. They never initiated communication with me, I must be the one calling them and running after them. I regret opening an account with Sunbet and would never encourage anyone to join Sunbet.
