Sunbet kept on rever...

Sunbet kept on reversing my withdrawal.. When I asked them why they said I should submit my fica documents and POP.. I've sent those documents and POP, even their agents verified that my account is now verified.. When I withdraw they rejected it they even blocked my account. Its been 4weeks now.. They don't respond my emails at all
