Sunbet keeping my money hostage

Made a Deposit on Friday the 25th of March 2022. Deposit went off from my bank but did not reflect on my Sunbet account. Did a enquiry and i was told it would show the next day. Needless to say it is Monday the 28th of March 2022 and i have yet to receive my funds in my Sunbet account. After numerous emails to support that told me it would be sorted within 27 hours that was on Saturday, i was again told this morning when speaking to a consultant that it will take 72 hours. JUST GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK SO I CAN STOP SUPPORTING YOU.
