Sunbet just takes deposit without showing in account

Deposited R400.00 9 September 2025. Deposit was succesful but does not show in the sunbet account!!!!!!!

Try to phone but goes to electronic voice recording andcemailed onlyvresponse is they are busy with query.

They ignore their whatsapp messages.

Please assist want the money refunded ASAP as it is Sunbets default.
