Sunbet is unreliable,you might not see your deposit again

Very upset and annoyed. Deposited money to play on Sunbet and was ******. Deposit confirmed by my bank. Sunbet keeps saying that they are sorting it out,however nothing as been resolved as yet. It has been over 4 days
