I tried to withdraw an amount of R10 851.72 which I had won. The app only allowed me to withdraw R1 083.00 and my balance is now R0.03. This means that when I withdrew my money, they took back R 9 768.72. How is this correct? After querying this with them, they informed me that I had won R14.72 in free spins which I had to wager 10x, which = R147.20. There was also R500 won, which I had to wager 35x, which = R17 500.00. Collectively, this meant that R17 647.20 was the wagering requirement that I had to complete before the money could be mine. None of this is explained clearly before your money is taken.
