Sunbet is a ****

Very disappointed with Sun International's Sunbet service. For several weeks now each time I deposit the money does not reflect on the account. On the first deposit I used a 1 for You voucher and contacted the supplier Flash and within 2 hours they had sent proof that the funds had gone through I had then raised this with Sunbet and provided proof. Several days, mails and phone calls only then was the matter resolved. I then did another deposit with a voucher and again the same thing happened. A week later with the funds still not reflecting a did a direct transfer via bank deposit and low and behold the same thing has happened. I have since mailed them and called them with the issue still not resolved. Sad that a company such as this is allowed to **** its customers and as for the lack of customer service it seems I am not the only one seeing how many complaints are on HelloPeter.
