Sunbet has gone to the dogs

The last 4/5 times I have made an ATM deposit, Sunbet bet has taken 3 hours on average to credit my account. Their customers service has gone completely out of the window. I called their help line on several occasions to enquire what the hold up was about, and after about 10minutes of holding, their tele agents answer the phone and put the put it off the hook, and you can hear them carrying on with their own private chats in the background. This has happened more than once, if you can believe it.

I don't know if they are now under new management or ownership, but Sunbet has gone from one of the best betting sites to the ABSOLUTE WORST. I have been loyal to Sunbet since 2010, and to see what a **** they have become is deeply disappointing. I will definitely be switching to another platform because this is totally unacceptable. I will also be advising all the friends and family that I have referred to the site, because Sunbet has become an absolute disgrace.
