Sunbet don't want me to withdraw my winnings

Sunbet is trying to **** me or something. Can someone please put me through how to handle this.

I made a deposit and played some slots and won some amount of money. I tried to make withdrawal but was asked to send my documents for FICA.

I have sent the document requested over 2 weeks but no one responded. I sent the documents again over 9 days ago and till now they are not allowing me to make withdrawal. My account keeps saying i have to verify.

When i email support they keep saying i should wait and not give me any valid reasons why i cannot make withdrawal from my account.

Can someone please help me out on how to follow up with this issue.
