Sunbet doesnt payout

So i use this online betting service from sun international and they are decent. i withdrew my funds of R500 2 months ago and have still not received it. I have tried to email the support@sunbet but they are useless. It went to Nokwanda Mafuya (Sunbet Betting Concierge) but she did nothing.

Guys please dont bet with this company. Go with bet365 or superbet
