Been using sunbet for years, become a Vip customer with a host and when I did a simple deposite of R150 into there account eft it was not automatically credited into my sunbet account. Multiple emails was sent to there support team, emails, watsapp chats and screen shots sent to thr host and my money has still not been credited into my account. Systems put in place are of no use , your money is taken and no efforts to make sure issue is fixed by multiple people involved.
