Sunbet, Deposit Not showing

Good day, I made a deposit of R 300 into Sunbet, but it didn't reflect in my account after 15 minutes. I then made another deposit with R250, and again, it didn't show up. After waiting for 30 minutes, I still couldn't see the funds. I reached out to Sunbet and provided all the necessary proof of payment, but they informed me that there was a system error and that I would need to wait 24-72 hours for my funds to appear. This situation is quite frustrating as this delay is not my fault. I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience, given that this is Sunbet's error. What poor service! From the person I even spoke to, thinking of closing my account
