Sunbet, Cheats and Bad service that goes with it!!!!

Tried to place a bet as usual online, kept saying Market is currently Frozen. I waited for the Telebet Agents to start working and called the 0861sunbet number. I spoke to Phelokazi and asked her to make the bet on my behalf as I had funds in the account this should not be a problem. She tried to place the bet and informed me the market is frozen and she would log an email to have this fixed. "Are you serious, you want to run an online betting site but you can't resolve or take bet's when YOUR market is giving problems", this is A JOKE. I told Phelokazi that this is not right as I want to place a bet. I asked to speak with a supervisor and "wait for it, according to her Supervisor's don't work over weekends", so which senior person is there to ASSIST - NO ONE. Your customer service SUCKS, I wanted to place a bet of R56 and tried numerious times yet because your system did not allow it I did not win the R560. What if I wanted to bet more, but take it when your system knows a customer will win you make the market FROZEN, clever but I call it "*****". I mailed (Saturday morning) your ********** with a picture of my bet that did not want to go through, then I receive a mail (@07H30 on the same day) that my mail was escalated to management. Now it is 14 May 2018 @ 16H16 with no feedback as yet. This message will go viral and I use to be a good client of your service but maybe I should take my betting elsewhere and recommend this to the betting folks out there.
