SunBet Arena an unpleasant experience

I have written to Sun bet Arena directly BUT I am yet to receive a reply. On Thursday 12th September my husband and I attended the Michael McIntyre show at the Arena. Not only were the staff in attendance ill trained on what entrance to use to get to our seats which resulted in us walking from one side of the arena to the other through huge crowds but when we eventually found our seats they where double booked . There was no Management on site and at a little kiosk two staff members were unable to help because their computers were 'off line'. To avoid missing the show we ended up sitting on the cold concrete floor, not the most comfortable for two pensioners especially after spending R1900.00 on the two tickets. Never again will I ever attend an event at the Sun Bet arena - life is too short for such unpleasantness,.
