Sunbet are a bunch of *******!

I placed a bet for the Vodacom July and the horse came out 4th and there were more than 12 horses so the tab paid for 4th place. Sunbet didn't pay me out. I called in and the consultants are rude they talk anyhow to the clients and I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager or supervisor present I have made several calls and they hang up the phone and are rude I have the calls recorded they also don't know what they are doing as they Informed me that my accounts are closed yet I Made a withdrawal this morning and I tried explaining to the consultant that I am querying 2 coupon id's I lodged a complaint this morning but she did not want to listen. I am. Certainly going to lodge a complaint with the gambling board, Sunbet are a bunch of *******... Don't use these ******* people!
