Sunbet account not credited with deposit

I deposited R300 on the 27 January 2021 into my sunbet account. The amount was deducted from my credit card but was not credited to my account. I have queried it a few times and have been given the run around. A copy of my credit card statement was also sent. Monies have not been refunded or credited to my account. Is this not *****?
