I cannot believe the amount of incompetance when it comes to making a deposit with this company. Their promotions are a sketchy and tracing a deposit is like finding a needle in a hay stack. I have been trying to allocate my deposit for the last 6 days and there has been no solution. I have sent my proof of payment several times and spoke to atleast 4 people and they keep promising that my funds will be allocated. Sending emails to this company is a hoax because staff just dont respond. I feel like I have been deeling with home affairs. Sunbet's online services are pathetic and I would suggest that you give yourself a week in advance for funds to reflect if you want to use their services, otherwise you will feel the extreme amounts of frustration I feel right now because I am still waiting....
