Stinking service and procedures

Did my first deposit via eft and doesn't reflect . Started a live chat with their support team, but Thwalikhaya Banana joined the chat for over 10 mins but kept quiet and they ended the chat. The processes and systems are beyond frustrating. You have to follow up from verification which is still pending,to deposit not reflecting. I doubt I'll get the welcome bonus. Several chats were ended while waiting on the line. Tried calling, waited till airtime finished. I think your agents are lazy and need discipline and proper training.
