Stay Away from Sunbet!! They are ************!!!
Submitted a withdrawal request on 6 April 2021. This is supposed to take 72hrs according to their rules but to date the withdrawal has not been processed. When I enquire they tell me they are investigating my account but do not tell me what or why they are investigating it. I have been a loyal player placing bets at least 4 times a week since June 2020 with no issues but now when I want to withdraw my accumulated winnings they refuse to process my withdrawal!!

28 Sept 2021, 12:36My winnings finally got paid at the end of August. This is after I reported Sunbet to the Western Cape Gambling Board where their online gambling license is issued. Even the gambling board took their time to resolve this issue but because of my persistent follow ups and threats to escalate to National Gambling Board and/or take legal action against them, they eventually actioned it. By the way, up to today, Sunbet STILL has NOT given me any feedback on what or why the y were investigating my account and neither has the gambling board!
Another action I took was to consistently embarrass Sunbet on all their online channels like FB, Twitter etc. by posting my demand for them to pay my money and also warning people to stay away from using their service. I did this EVERYTIME they placed adverts on their online channels which I had been following up to now. Judging by the number of similar complaints on Sunbet on this website, I would suggest that everybody does the same to embarrass these ****** and warn other people against using their service. Hopefully, by doing this we can close them down as we do not need ******* and ****** in this industry.
Personally, I will NEVER use them as they breached my trust and can never restore it again. I use several betting sites as I am a regular online gambler and the one I use provide great service and most importantly, I TRUST them to pay me promptly whenever I submit a withdrawal. TRUST is EVERYTHING in this industry and if any of the companies break it, they will definitely lose me as their client. That's my two cents worth of contribution on my views on Sunbet, a ******* *****ed company that ironically prides themselves with their association with a reputable company like Sun International.
