SHOCKING SERVICE FROM SUNBET

I have had the worst service possible....two of my deposits have not generated and i have sent numerous emails with proof of payment. I am now R950 short on sunbet betting, every time i call they say send proof of payment!!!!!! REALLY I AM WORRIED THAT THIS IS A ****..IF THEY PART OF SUN INTERNATIONAL I AM SHOCKED. I HAVE SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT PLENTY OF TIMES. WHAT CAN I DO
