If there was an option to give no stars, then that's what I would give them. Just like they have done to me, take my deposit but never gave my funds. I deposited on 3 November 2022, via the Instant EFT channel they provide, emailed a proof of payment to them, and today, 8 November 2022 I still haven't received my funds. I've tried to chat with them online but never get a response.

Totally unprofessional service and just outright *******. I didn't deposit much but I want my money back as fast as what they were able to take it.

I have never before had to deal with a situation like this, and don't expect this type of service, especially from such a well-known and established company like Sunbet.

The whole company is just one big disgusting **** and a business full of ***** and *******.
