Road to Fica Hell

THE WORST online Casino I have EVER had the misfortune to use. Won a lot of money, had to FICA. 3 days down the line and still not fica'd. Phoned 10+times same excuses that it has been escakated to the Fica department. Mind you when you phone you have to select a number according to your query. Selected 4 for "fica department" still just getting to the general call centre..... mailed 10+ times just get a generic robot response that they will sort your query out. What a bunch of clowns.... will NOT recommend them to anybody.
