Poor service

I made an instant eft 3 days ago and money was not allocated to my account. I phoned support and emailed them numerous times without any positive outcome. The money is still not allocated after i send my proof of payment and they said management will allocate it yesterday. No one will get back to me and give me feedback on any of my 20 mails that I did send to them. It is frustrating that my money is in their account and they dont allocate it. If this happens to 1000 people then what interest are they making from the peoples money already.
