Poor service

I dont usually do this but I feel I have to as I am so upset.

This is the second time my deposit failed, Earlier I deposited a R1000 and it failed

I deposited another 300 and it failed again

I’d be so embarrassed,

sunbet supposed to be top tier but the experience was so poor.

I was looking forward to betting on the nba last night .. I know they don’t care if I leave sun bet but at least show some value to your customers.. I’m so disappointed it’s unbelievable..

Funds was successful from my end but failed from there end.. I actually have no words. Twice in one day is unacceptable

I deposited a lot today and I feel the experience I received is far from reciprocated..

Im new to this bookmaker and I regret registering an account, spoke to managers and no one has got back to me neither have the funds returned or reflected, this morning I tried to login and for some odd reason there is a system error and I cannot login, I do not recommend this to anyone.

Ive been with about 5 bookmakers and never have I had to deal with anything like this
