Poor poor support service from Sunbet

Sunbet support is gone absolutely terrible. You have to email *** multiple times asking for feedback on you queries and still no response. I feel they should get a ticket system which allows the account holder to close out the call/query once completed. The so call betting concierge seems to ignore emails from account holders and clearly no one manages this. Can glady assist you in enhancing your customer experience should I receive a reply from Sunbet.
