Pathetic support staff!

Sunbet has to have the absolute worst customer support staff. They have no knowledge of gambling, are rude and hostile and their supposed customer service is non existent. A consultant named Lindiwe was especially useless. She should not be in the position she currently works in. I have been trying to resolve a very simple query since the 22nd of August, it's is so simple to resolve yet after 9 different emails from 9 different support staff, not one of them actually took the time to read my issue and respond accordingly. They all sent me information that I already know or details that have no relevance to my case. I urge the people in power at Sun international to seriously look into this department. I could do a better job with a classroom full of 3rd graders as agents. Good grief. ***********, unhelpful and rude! I don't recommend sunbet. If anything goes wrong, forget it. Don't bother asking for help as you will waste your time.
