Pathetic service

Customer service has taken a nose dive.

In the past I have not needed to even ask for assistance with staff allocating a deposit. Sunbet seem to have hired a new bunch that know nothing. I have been requesting assistance with allocating a deposit for more than 20 minutes without success.

I am surprised at how service has deteriorated. Hollywood bets don't have such issues.
