Pathetic customer service

I'm truely annoyed with the level of customer service... I've been over 2 months from Live chat to emails being sent regarding an issue of not being able to recieve OTP pins, to show its not an issue with my sim card or network I'm not experiencing this issue when performing on any other platform and being send OTP pin so clearly issue is with Sunbet I had winnings couldn't withdraw the last time as I am having issues with the aboce problem I ended up loosing my money into playing again as could see this would take a while... Im again on this issue as it hasn't been resolved Live chat logged in a ticket I already have 2 Ref numbers on this issue... I have winnings which I can't withdraw... I don't understand what customer service means to Sunbet if customers are experiencing such and many more without cases being solved
