Not Allocating funds

Made a deposit of R5000.00 on 14/04/2023 to make a bet on the 14th and 15th, I sent my POP to them as soon as payment was made, and I have sent it a few more times.

It is now 18/04/2023 and my funds are still not reflecting. Now I am the one who loses out as I can't place those bets again.
