No support

I received a R1000 voucher from SUNBET through a golf day they sponsored last year, up until now they have not honored the voucher as i cant load the voucher at all on their website , countless emails to sunbet support and no one can assist me , no one phones me back and i have about 40 emails back and fourth from sunbet support , worst betting service ever .

The last email they sent said that the promo eneded and they cant assist me anymore but it took them 7 weeks from when i tried to claim this and no one at sunbet assisted me .
