Most disgusting service

A warning to all, do not play on Sunbet platform. Nothing wrong with the games and wins etc. but try withdrawing your money and it becomes the most frustrating experience ever. They don't care how many days you wait for your withdrawal to be processed. I had requested a withdrawal on a Tuesday night around 11.30pm. the Saturday night which is 4 days later I still wasn't able to withdraw my money. They promote online that EFTs take only 1 hour to reflect by the way. I have made numerous calls only to get different stories Everytime but nobody could help me. All they do is apologise for the inconvenience and they will resolve the matter within 72 hours. So everytime I call it's another 72 hours. There is nobody that can help you no matter the emergency. I had an emergency because that was the only cash I had and was totally stranded. I pleaded with them to speak to someone who can sort it out immediately, their response was they have to follow process. if they had followed process from the beginning, I should have had my money within am hour. They couldn't care if someone is about to die, they don't give a damn, even if they are at fault. The most pathetic service from an organisation who I thought is one of the largest and reputable. I am disgusted with their service.
