Money not refunded in blocked account...almost a year

My *** has been blocked and I have over R5000 in the account. I keep calling for them to either unblock or refund my money. But there are always excuses. The *** was escalated months ago but no feedback. By not returning my money that constitutes as theft. I ask kindly to refund my money or open my ***. Or I will be seeking action from either the gambling board or legal action. I'm tired of talking to *********** ppl.
