Money not reflecting after fica

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service I'm getting. I had to fica my documents before I could withdraw R3000 in my account. A week later my account is verified but my account is on R0.75 . On my statement it shows I've requested for that amount to be withdrawn. Can someone please assist me because emails, calls , online chat and whatsapps does not get responded on.
