Money disappeared in Sunbet account

Sunbet it's a useless company.I deposit more than 20 times a week with this company to place bets using same reference and today they can't locate my two payments that I made a day ago.The employees there don't even deserve to be hired as they are useless and don't even deserve to be hired.They never respond if they do they send you copy and paste message about system issues and never answe any questions,the last person I spoke to there was Nonhlahla Mfusi who couldn't help as well.I hope my query will be resolved since they don't even respond to hellopeter response.
