Money deducted from credit card but not loaded into betting account

I did a deposit via my credit card and money was deducted from my account but not loaded to my sunbet betting account.After 30 mins I called the call centre and they then assured me the money with be loaded into my aunbet account in no time,they would request a manual adjustment, waiting for an hour now still nothing,pathetic service don't use sunbet they are useless!
