IS THIS A *****ED WHEEL?

It seems to me that this is the most *****ed roulette wheel I have ever encountered. I have my favourite numbers, which cover about one third of the wheel. Over time, a random number generator would give me about 30 percent winners and 70 percent losers, or an average of one winner in three spins. But my numbers hardly EVER come up. The wheel seems to be able to deliver the same losing numbers over and over and over again. Unless I switch to playing the losers. Then my favourite numbers magically appear. After thousands of spins (and thousands of rand down the hole), I cannot help but feeling that this wheel is as *****ed as some of our well-known politicians. Has anyone else had the same experience?
