I am not impressed with sunbet and wants my money

I played a slot game on sunbet and i won alot of money but when i wanted to withdraw the money they first said the amount is too big to withdraw and then they said i have to have fica documents and then i entered it but still it keeps on telling me it needs fica documents and i can't get my money they put the phone down when i phone them and they don't answer my emails and my account also does not work when i try to go in to sunbet and I want my money. Dont ever play any thing on sunbet
